All orders are shipped from Florida via a ground carrier unless otherwise requested. Carriers of choice are United Parcel Service (UPS) and US Postal Service (USPS). Effective January 2015: UPS shipping costs are determined by dimensional and / or weight pricing, whichever is greater on all cartons. Dimensional weight pricing sets the transportation price based on package volume, meaning the amount of space a package occupies in relation to its actual weight.
A 15% restocking fee applies on returned merchandise. Our products are packed carefully and in undamaged condition when shipped. In the unlikely event of damage, all original packaging must be saved. No returns will be accepted unless authorized in advance by our company. Please contact us within 7 days after receipt of your order for authorization to return defective goods, shortages or items shipped in error. No returns after 30 days. Due to the delicate nature of some of our shell items we cannot be responsible for breakage. It is not cost effective to replace these items due to shipping cost.
All claims for damaged goods must be made with the shipping carrier (UPS or USPS). Retain all original packaging and damaged merchandise until it has been inspected by the freight carrier. Kindly follow the carrier’s guidelines for receiving credit. If you have any questions about this matter, feel free to contact us and we will assist you in any way that we can.
All prices are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
We cannot accept phone orders. If you have any questions or changes about your order please contact by E-mail firstname.lastname@example.org . Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse a sale in the event of a price error or misprint.
